#NicoleDanielleFitness - Persona Trainer & Nutrition Advisor

Hi, I’m Nicole, a personal trainer with 7 years experience transforming bodies, lifestyles and mindsets. I initially became a personal trainer to share my love of fitness and how it can transform your life by challenging you to do things you thought you couldn’t, by making you fitter, happier and stronger physically and mentally.

 

Over the years I have worked with many, many women to reach goals such as feeling fit and confident on their wedding day to losing weight to be the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. I am extremely passionate about the effect of exercise and good nutrition on the body and mind, I will work with you to create a healthy lifestyle and help you make behavioural changes so this time you get fit and healthy and you fall in love with the lifestyle.

I am an ex national level athlete so I know how to push myself to the limit and I know how to push to you to yours and how to help you achieve your goals.


Whether you train with me in person, you train with me online or you sign up to my membership platform I know you will find our time together fun, you’ll learn a lot and you’ll be inspired to be the best version of yourself.

Personal Training

I will create a plan for you to reach your performance goals in a timely manner. Whether it’s getting fit for a race or losing weight to be a happier and healthier you or even just learning to move better and more functionally to avoid injuries and pains - I can help you.

 

I use a combination of different training styles to help you reach your goals, we look at nutrition to maximise performance, recovery and energy. As well as goal setting to help make the most of your lifestyle change.

I offer limited 1-1 sessions for female only clients in the Birmingham area. If you feel having sessions in person will benefit you more than online coaching reach out to me.

I can also accommodate small group training sessions for females only in the Birmingham area. Please contact me for more information and pricing.

Nutrition

Nutrition plays a key role in your energy, recovery from training sessions,
mood, sleep and overall performance. Finding a way of eating that suits you
and you enjoy is my main task, my goal is to teach you to eat well, to
understand portion sizes but also to find a way that you can eat, cook and
work it into a lifestyle so you stay feeling great long after our sessions. I can write meal plans and help you learn about nutrition and portion sizes so you understand how to eat, cook and feel the best you can without using any complicated system to have to do so. Who doesn’t want to feel energised, perform the best they can and feel the happiest they can in themselves?
