This is a coaching service. 

 

I not only tailor-make a plan for you but we do goal setting. 

You have my support 7 days-a-week, we build a healthy lifestyle together and work on changing your mindset to create healthier habits which in turn creates a healthier and happier life.

 

This is so much more than a diet plan and training schedule. 

I will create a tailor-made plan to fit into your lifestyle to help you reach your goals.

I create a plan for home or gym workouts (or a combination of both), with the amount of times you want to train and the time you realistically have to do it.

 

You get a tailored meal plan and macros so you can track your macros if you want to in order to help you understand your nutrition, or you can simply choose from the meal plan which is all tailored to your tastes and dietary requirements.

 

 You have support via WhatsApp/email 7 days-a-week
I’m invested in your goals; I want you to succeed.

 

We do a mid-week check-in on a Wednesday to make all is going well and then a full checkin on Saturday morning with progress pictures and measurements.

I then know what/if we need to change and I will tweak your plan so you will continually progress.

​

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain or to be able to run 5km, I can get you there.

Included in my Consultation Form is a 3-day Food Diary for you to complete. It would be most helpful to have this insight into your eating habits for my assessment purposes.  If you eat differently at the weekend please do an additional day or simply describe how you eat differently.  This will give me a good idea of starting macros/where to start with your food plan.  Ultimately these are your results, so please be honest!!

 

Please also add in the notes, how any times you typically eat out in a week and anything else that is a part of your lifestyle that would be necessary for me to know (for example if you go out partying/drinking alcohol frequently or you have to wine and dine clients list in the notes).
